All customizable orders will have a customizable variant to select when adding the product to cart

Checkout as normal, all the customizations will happen POST purchase - we do this so you can quickly order your products before they sell out, and add customizations after.

After you checkout - you can log in to your account by clicking the button on the confirmation page. You can also just log in from the main site. if you do not have an account you will need to create one using the email you used to place the order.

Once you are logged in, you can see all of your orders under 'order history'. click on your most recent order, notice, under the customizable column it should say "Not submitted'

once you click into your recent order, on the bottom right you will see a box with a countdown timer to add your customizations. you have 72 hours to customize your order. you can also edit the size at this stage. Click on "add order details" to add your customizations.

a box will pop up for you to add your nameplate and number. You also have the ability inside your account settings to edit the shipping address if you made a mistake. when you are done adding your customizations, click save. Please note we only accept certain symbols/customizations. That list can be found here

Once you have submitted your customizations, the customizable column on the order history page should change to "submitted." if you've done that, you're done!
